He won the hearts of all by performing all kinds of performances. Sadashiv Amarapurkar was also known as ‘Tatia’ in the Bollywood industry. Sadashiv has acted in many hit films. He started acting when he was in school. He also did stage shows before coming on screen. He then appeared in the Marathi stage drama Hands Up. Then he set foot in the world of Hindi cinema.

Actor Amarapurkar was seen in the film Hands Up by filmmaker Govinda Nihalani. She was very impressed with his performance. And Govinda Nihalani gave him the opportunity to act in his film ‘Ardh Satya’ in 1973. In this film, he won the hearts of the audience by playing the role of a villain. And won Best Supporting Actor.

Actor Sadashiv Amrapurkar’s film journey was quite spectacular. People liked his acting very much. And he was last seen in the 2012 film “Bombay Talkies”. He was not seen in the film after that. Due to physical illness, he passed away on November 3, 2014. And said goodbye to this world forever.
